Focus, a leading Chicago-based developer/general contractor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Bulger as Project Executive to head up a new Interiors Division.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Joe has managed and delivered over 10M SF, valued at over $500M. His project experience ranges from Corporate Interiors, Hospitality and Medical Office Buildings, to Development Revitalization, Adaptive Re-use and High Rise Construction. As head of Focus’ new interiors division, Joe is responsible for all aspects of all interior projects. He will also concentrate on client services, business development and division growth. Joe volunteers regularly for Rebuilding Together and The Ronald McDonald House.
