Topping Off Kelmscott Apartments

(Chicago, IL) On Thursday, June 29^th the Focus team was joined by our subcontractors and various stakeholders of the Kelmscott Park project to celebrate the topping off of three luxury apartment buildings located in the heart of Lake Forest.

A meal served in the recently enclosed structure offered an opportunity for Focus leadership to address our subcontractors, consultants and vendors and thank them for their contributions to Kelmscott Park. All attendees enjoyed grilled burgers and sausages and received a t-shirt commemorating the project.

After lunch, Jeremiah Miller, Senior Project Manager in Lake Forest stood to address the group, “Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. These three buildings were erected incredibly fast and we know it is due to the efforts of those in this room. We wanted to show our appreciation in some small way.”
