821 W. Lake is a new, single-story retail development in Fulton Market by Focus and co-developer Shapack Partners. The 5,000 SF of space at Lake and Green in Chicago’s Fulton Market has been designed as a departure from the established early 20^th century brick aesthetic of Fulton Market, instead featuring organic, curved walls with glass exteriors. The interiors will be demised based on the needs of future tenants.
