Everleigh Vernon Hills

Focus has been selected to act as the General Contractor for upcoming active-adult project, Everleigh Vernon Hills on behalf of client, Greystar.

The 317,000 SF community will offer 175 apartments, 7 standalone duplex cottages with private parking as well as 218 attached parking spaces. The project will cater to a 55+ renter and will offer an impressive amenity package featuring a resident lounge and café, fitness center, creative arts room, business center, game room, theater, swimming pool, outdoor dining, fire pit and more.

The 4-story building is designed by Meeks + Partners and consists of a precast garage structure with surrounding wood-frame residential construction.

The Focus construction team is led by Senior Project Manager Mike de Lannoy & Project Manager Jill Fiandaca. They are supported by Superintendent Jeff Biagini, Superintendent Toper Troelstrup, Assistant Project Manager Alberto Gomez Jr. and Project Engineer David Merz. Focus anticipates the project will break ground in May 2021 and will be competed in the early fall of 2022.
