About the Development
Designed by OKW Architects, Lincoln Court offers a contemporary twist on the traditional courtyard building. The project’s first-floor retail element connects to downtown Skokie’s street life, while the landscaped courtyard provides residents more serene views. The Lincoln Court project consists of a 30-unit condominium building with 3,500 GSF of ground-level retail space.
