Logan Apartments

Focus was selected as general contractor on Logan Square project co-developed by Fifield Companies and Terraco – Logan Apartments.

Logan Apartments is a 327,500 SF apartment and retail project which will includes two mixed use buildings, one 5-story and one 6-story, with 220 residential apartments and approximately 62,000 SF of first floor retail. Amenities include an outdoor terrace with pool and indoor gym and lounge for residents plus 154 parking spaces.

Designed by Antunovich Associates, the buildings are constructed with structural steel podiums and cold form metal framing within the upper residential floors. The exterior includes a mix of brick veneer, metal panels and is connected by a glass and steel pedestrian bridge spanning across the center drive aisle between the two buildings.

The Logan Apartments were delivered by the Focus construction team in the summer of 2020.
