Focus was hired as general contractor to complete construction on this six-story, 84-unit Vernon Hills apartment building. Located at the intersection of Route 45 and Milwaukee Avenue, The Commons at Town Center features one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments complete with high-end finishes such as granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. On-site amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio and indoor heated parking.
