Vic led the development efforts on Evanston multifamily project, The Link which included zoning, entitlements, construction and lease-up. The project was well accepted by the community and was fully leased shortly after delivery.

• Participate in investment analysis of potential projects and acquisitions.
• Oversee projects through each stage of entitlement and permitting.
• Collaborate with the Focus construction team to ensure timely delivery and superior quality.
• Participate in real estate development and architectural design.
• Act as Owner’s Representative throughout the development and construction process.
• Lead a team of consultants from project inception through design development drawings.

• Multi-family residential adaptive reuse and new construction, retail tenant fit-outs, restaurants, amusement spaces
• AIA 2016 Tiny Homes Design Competition, member of winning design team
