Vicky Lee

As Vice President of Development

Vicky leads real estate acquisition, development, and architectural design activities on multiple projects with total development value exceeding $200mm for both Focus and third-party clients. Vicky leads a team of development managers who are responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities associated with all projects.

• Represent Focus as owner.
• Participate in investment analysis of potential projects and acquisitions.
• Lead the real estate zoning entitlement process.
• Negotiate operating agreements, joint venture documents, and loan documents along with CFO and Senior Vice President, Development.
• Oversee the preparation of each development’s business plans.
• Create the development’s architecture program and design with the CEO.
• Lead team of development managers and/or consultants during the acquisitions, entitlement, design, construction, asset management, and disposition phase.
